❓ What pile height is this rug?
X inches — low/medium/high pile. Low pile suits high-traffic areas
and under furniture. High pile is softer underfoot but harder to clean.
❓ Is this rug suitable for high-traffic areas?
Yes / Suitable for moderate traffic / Best for low-traffic or
decorative use only — depending on product.
❓ Do I need a rug pad?
Yes. A non-slip rug pad protects your floor, keeps the rug in place,
and extends its lifespan. Cut the pad slightly smaller than the rug —
approximately 1 inch in from each edge.
❓ Will this rug shed?
New rugs / wool and high-pile rugs may shed loose fibers for the
first few weeks. This reduces with regular vacuuming and is normal.
❓ Can I return this rug after unrolling it?
Yes — unrolling to inspect is expected. A rug that has been unrolled
and laid flat is still eligible for return within 30 days, provided
it is unused, undamaged, and free of stains, pet hair, and odors.
❓ When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery takes
5–8 business days after dispatch.
