Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Email us immediately at support@merchnari.com with your order number.

My rug arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost.

Can I return a rug I have already unrolled? Yes — unrolling to inspect is expected and does not affect return eligibility, provided the rug is unused, undamaged, and free of stains, pet hair, and odors. See our full Refund Policy for details.
